Returns and Cancellations
How to Return an Item
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 28 days of delivery. Follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account at jacamoclothing.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Attach the returns label and send it back to us.
Please note that items must be unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached for a full refund.
Cancelling Your Order
You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched. To do this:
- Visit jacamoclothing.com and go to “My Orders.”
- Select the order you want to cancel and click “Cancel Order.”
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return it once received.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items, such as underwear, swimwear, and earrings, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
